About Counselling:
Approaching counselling can feel like stepping into the unknown. When we meet, I offer a warm welcome and gentle understanding.
Counselling helps to make sense of things. Every individual is unique. Some people may struggle with depression and anxiety. Whilst others are living with feelings around hopelessness, feeling lost, or weighed down with life. We do not choose to live with mental health struggles and, yet, they can happen to anyone.
Counselling offers a supportive space, free of judgement. Talking about what is happening for you gives you space to work through your thoughts and feelings. Being with someone who can accept your thoughts and hold the space with compassion, creates the potential for change.
Change looks like increased self confidence as you discover possibilities that may be out of sight for you as we start working together. In our work together, you can discover ways of living which align, or fit comfortably, with your personality. You may notice a greater sense of purpose emerging. Life can feel more meaningful, bringing an increase in energy and motivation.

I offer face to face counselling sessions in St Helier, Jersey. A session is 1 hour. Saturday and evening appointments are available.
